Our dedicated team of staff are well trained and geared towards providing prompt support on the matters we handle. Our clients are kept updated on their files via monthly reports, meetings and their dedicated service portals.

Over the years, we have put in place processes to monitor our files vis-a-vis tracing the insured, adjusters reports and specialist reports prior to the trial date of each file.

SUPPORT SERVICES

In dealing with suspicious / fraudulent claims, we work closely with independent investigators who conduct discreet investigations to determine issues pertaining to liability and risk.

To support our Bodily Injury portfolio, we work closely with specialist in the field of Rehabilitation, Orthopedic and Neurosurgery, many of whom are attached to Government Hospitals, to assist in the evaluation of injuries and the residuals. Their medical expertise is also sought in pre-trial preparations.

We also work closely with Adjusters and Accident Reconstruction Experts with respect dubious / suspicious own damage, knock for knock and vehicle theft claims, which have become rampant recently
